"Access forbidden" - better message?

Rejected - as of 3.40 there is a message on the "Wikidot API" tab of the Preferences/Settings dialog which explains what this error message means. I'm hoping that is enough to remove any uncertainty.

Included page "inc:signature" does not exist (create it now)
