Default Site and Page

Once you import a page from a site, it would be nice if STE could store those values and use them as the default for the next import.

The export function could benefit from this too. Sorry, I see this is done (defaults to imported page).

Yes, this was meant to be done in 2.01 but I seem to have made a slight mistake as the site and page name are being replaced before they can be auto-entered into the box. I'll have to look into this for the next version.

I'm moving this to the bug reports section instead - as it's meant to be already working.

Included page "inc:signature" does not exist (create it now)

The bug in v2.01 has been fixed as of version 3. Please confirm that it works as it should?

Will mark this as done in the meantime.
