How about a comments button? I'd like to be able to wrap text (if selected) in a comment block.

If text is not pre-selected, then create the comment block with a blank row in the middle and the cursor positioned so I can start typing my comments.

Due to the introduction of Extensions, most of those modules can now be added to STE by third-party developers.

So I'll instead focus on the list of toolbar buttons (on the left), and perhaps [[gallery]] as well.
