Parent saved as 'null' in .ste documents (bug)

In fixing this bug, I noticed that it was also occurring if there was no title defined for the page (the reason for this occurring was the same). So I've fixed this for both the title and parent fields and it will be part of the next update.

Note to self: Bugfix #20110118.1

Included page "inc:signature" does not exist (create it now)
