OS X native UI elements missing

OS X keyboard shortcuts and other features that were available in STE 3.50 are not yet available in 4.04:

  • Application menu 'About STE' option does not show the correct dialog
  • Application menu is missing the 'Preferences' option and Command+, shortcut
