This is not worthy of a bug report, so I'm posting it here. On the download page in the developer section it says:

To test your extensions when they are still in the debugging phase, or to install private extensions, you need to enable this manually first. You can do that by downloading and running STE_EDE.

This threw me off (probably because I didn't read the whole page carefully) because it looks like there are 2 versions of STE available for download, public and developer.

It would be more clear if it said something like this:

To test your extensions when they are still in the debugging phase, or to install private extensions, you need to enable this manually first. After installing STE, you need to download and run STE_EDE.

Included page "inc:signature" does not exist (create it now)

Done… I also add this comment:

It only needs to be run once and can be deleted after that - all future STE revisions will remember that you enabled developer mode.
